Spring is the season of the Liver in Chinese medicine. It is a time that supports initiative and growth for our vision to flourish throughout the year. Exuberance, as well as stress, are up as we set our plans in motion. Like all new life, we need strong roots to face what lies ahead.
It is said of lullabies that hearing them is like listening in on a daydream. Come dream and heal in community as songstress Elise Youssoufian shares soothing folk lullabies and gentle lyre tones to accompany your community acupuncture treatment.
Our usual sliding scale of $45-$30 remains the same.
Donations for our talented chanteuse gratefully accepted!

Winter is the season of rest, reflection, and relaxation. It’s the time to nourish our bones and sink into the dream space, awaking with visions and ideas for the year ahead. In this workshop, we will write together based on prompts inspired by the season’s themes as a way of aligning to the pulse of the Earth’s rhythm.
Live healing acoustics orchestrated by sound healer Minna Sivola during your session! Acupuncture in conjunction with the therapy of sound can transport you to deeper planes of relaxation and healing.

In this writing workshop, Jenna will write with us to let loose and make room for gratitude. We will release the critical voice that keeps us from creating and traps us in limiting belief systems. The Metal element shows us how to let go, to grieve and to release that which no longer serves us. It also governs our capacity to recognize abundance in our life and to appreciate all that is.
Writing can be healing. In this workshop we will write together to release the repetitive thought patterns that come when worry is trapped inside the body. Worry shows us that our Earth element is out of balance, which blocks our ability to take action and to rest.
Come play, create, and explore through writing.
In this workshop, Jenna will provide prompts from images, quotes, random objects to spark the creative flame in each person. Let's write together with the option of sharing, or not, and create a space where anyone - scribbler, dabbler, journal-writer, poet or novelist - can be supported & inspired.
Our April Sanctuary Sunday features a treatment focused on the feet, both literally and metaphorically. Our feet play an essential role in moving us forward, keeping us grounded and enables us to stand up for ourselves & the things that matter to us.
