Cupping is used to treat pain, move stagnation in the body, and resolve tension. Suction is applied to the body using glass or plastic cups.

Moxa is an effective treatment to help support and nourish functions of the body, increase energy, aid in rest & sleep, and soothes pain in which a hand-held incense stick of mugwort is used to warm acupuncture points with or without acupuncture needles.
