Spring is the season of the Liver in Chinese medicine. It is a time that supports initiative and growth for our vision to flourish throughout the year. Exuberance, as well as stress, are up as we set our plans in motion. Like all new life, we need strong roots to face what lies ahead.
Spring is the season of the liver in Chinese medicine. The liver is in charge of the smooth flow of energy through out the body, vision, detoxing and movement. It is the perfect time to cleanse, renew and clarify your vision and intentions that will blossom with the warm weather.
Our breath is connected to the well-being of our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. Common complaints - stiff neck, chronic shoulder pain, jaw pain, foggy thoughts - can be helped by proper breathing. In this dynamic workshop, we will learn techniques that can be used anytime to create ease in the face of everyday stress.
It is estimated that less than 10% of all new year resolutions are successful and sustainable.
Real sustainable change involves a thoughtful, sensitive approach. This workshop will provide you with the outlook and tools that will help you identify where you may be stuck, make progress everyday, create a positive relationship between you and your goals and make change easy.
