Strong Digestion = Strong Immunity

Reduce dampness in your body! Strengthen your digestive system by

* avoiding dairy, sugar, alcohol, cold/raw foods, processed/refined foods, deep fried/oily food, dense foods like granola bar and smoothies

* add/eat more warm foods, soups, stews, well cooked whole foods, warm spices/aromatics

* over-eating -> relaxed eating

* stress eating -> feeling (take a break & check your feeling)

* connect with your foods -> gratitude and sharing

* first sign of cold - > avoid damp foods, eat light soups with ginger, scallions, garlic or any aromatics to help your expel the dampness
