Getting Unstuck! Healing Patterns of Stagnation

Being stuck is a familiar state that many of us feel. Sometimes we try to move forward and despite all the tools and techniques we’ve learned, we still fall back to familiar patterns. Take a journey along with Thuy and Juliana as they connect the dots to uncover deep unresolved issues that influence patterns of stuckness and stagnation stemming from childhood sexual abuse and patterns of unworthiness. Once these patterns are seen in the light, deep healing can occur.
