Andrea Lazarin

Andrea finds inspiration in remembering and honoring the wisdom of the ‘Old Wives’ around the world, in connecting with nature, freeing intuition, and laughing together. Starting with massage therapy and moving into Chinese medicine her work is informed by nearly 20 years of experience and study of the healing arts. Her toolkit includes acupuncture, bodywork, Arvigo® Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy, cupping, gua sha, nutritional and lifestyle advice, guidance from decades of teachers and the ongoing practice of being human. Community style acupuncture is one of her favorite ways to make healing experiences accessible. From her days at SWAC and AIMC where she earned her Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine, to BCA’s Navajo Healing Project, to volunteering with The Botanical Bus to bring acupuncture to farmworkers in Sonoma and Napa, she appreciates the flexibility and effectiveness of acupuncture to reacquaint us with our innate state of emotional and physical wellbeing.

Andrea is conversational in Spanish.
