Berkeley Community Acupuncture Clinic (BCA Clinic) is a pioneering acupuncture clinic, offering low cost acupuncture in a community setting. Inspired by Working Class Acupuncture and the Community Acupuncture movement, Berkeley Community Acupuncture Clinic provides personalized treatments on an affordable sliding scale between $20 - $40 dollars.

Our Clinic is conveniently located at 2880 Sacramento St. in Berkeley, one block north of Ashby Ave, near Bart and AC Transit. Evening and weekend appointments are available.

What is Community Acupuncture?

Community Acupuncture is a movement to provide effective and affordable acupuncture to the broadest range of individuals.

Rather than individual rooms, acupuncture takes place in a group setting, with individuals seated in recliners.

Acupuncture is limited to the arms, legs, face, ear and head. These traditional points can be used, in combination, to heal any part of the body.

At Berkeley Community Acupuncture, our treatment room can seat up to 5 individuals. After meeting individually with the acupuncturist, acupuncture is provided in a community environment.

Why Acupuncture?

Acupuncture is a simple, safe and effective medicine that is and has been used in China, as well as Japan and other parts of Asia, for over a millennium. It is used today to address many illnesses and diseases, and recent studies have documented its effectiveness.
